Our faculty of medicine, which has been constantly renewing and improving itself with its dynamic structure since its establishment in 2020, is constantly improving itself academically, administratively and technically in order to become one of the leading health institutions of our country. In addition to Basic Medical Sciences education in our Battalgazi campus, we continue to provide clinical education and health services in Malatya Education and Research Hospital in accordance with the joint use protocol signed with the Ministry of Health. Our Faculty of Medicine provides education, research and health services with a total of 147 academic staff and 470 students, including 14 professors, 29 associate professors, 47 assistant professors, 57 research assistants in 38 departments affiliated to the departments of Internal, Basic and Surgical Sciences. Our basic principle as the Faculty of Medicine is to be an institution that walks in the light of science, glorifies original and critical thinking, has academic and ethical values, believes that education leads to social development, respects the environment, is aware of its social responsibility, provides satisfaction at the highest level and is proud to be a member. Our faculty aims to ensure that its students; Our main goal is to train physicians who understand the current health issues of our country, are equipped to overcome existing problems, attach importance to medical ethics, aim to provide quality, preventive and curative services to the society and have the necessary knowledge, skills, values ​​and behaviors.
